2011/10/07 着いたばかりの個展会場で

ギャラリートークに参加した皆様
10月05日から 10日まで米子高島屋で個展を催している。
金沢で創造都市関連の仕事があってので、初日からは行けなかった。
6日、徹夜をした朝6時11分に金沢を出て、新大阪で新幹線に乗り換え、
岡山で再び乗り換えて米子に着いたのは12時15分、実に6時間を超える旅だった。
私がデザインした会場は、陳列も含めて提案した図面どおりとなっていた。
米子は、金沢と類似する文化都市でもあり、茶道も盛んだ。
大樋歴代、あるいは祖父の時代からの作品のコレクターも大勢存在する。
また、旧知の方々も存在する、有り難い町でもある。
そんな町だから、とても居心地が良い。
良い機会を与えて頂いた米子高島屋の関係者の皆様、ありがとうございます。
９日は会期を残して、7時の飛行機で羽田に向かう。15日まで日展の審査を務めることになっている。
I just arrived at my private exhibition in Yonago Takashimaya
Many people are attended for my gallery talk.
All audience for my gallery talk.
I hold a private exhibition in Yonago, Tottori Prefecture at Takashimaya from
October 05 to 10th.I was not able to go from the first day. Because I had work
for UNESCO creative city network project in Kanazawa.
I left Kanazawa at 6:11 a.m. when it stayed up all night on 6th, and it was a trip
more than six hours really at 12:15 that I transferred to Shin-Osakathe
by Shinkansen again in transfer, Okayama, and arrived at Yonago.
The exhibition space is according to the my drawing which the included the work
displied and suggested.Yonago is a culture city similar to Kanazawa,
and the tea ceremony is prosperous, too.The collector of the work from the
generations of Ohi Chozaemon or the grandfather exists in many people.
In addition, old friends are the existing towns which I am thankful for.
That is why I am very comfortable.
People concerned of Yonago Takashimaya which give a good opportunity, thank you.
I have a few days left for exhibition,
but I have to leave for Tokyo Haneda by airplane of 7:00.I will be judge of Nitten until 15th.
