快気を祝したケーキ
6月20日から30日までは、中国•景徳鎮で制作の予定だったが、
事情あって8月に延期されたために、金沢でまったく自由な生活を過ごしている。
随分、このような時間が無かったような気がする。
福光松太郎氏は、金沢で最も長い歴史を誇る酒蔵「福光屋」の八代目社長であり、私の兄のような存在でもある。
金沢、伝統、工芸、創造的に継承していくことを長い間にわたり導いていただいている。
そんな福光氏が大病を患われて1年以上、お会いすることができなかった。
「突然入院」「面会謝絶」事情は誰も知らなかった。
当初はメールの返事もなかった。やがて返事が届くようになった。
福光氏からの文章からは病状の深刻さは伝わらないのが、かなり深刻な状況であることが想像されて、本当に心配だった。
そして、奇跡のカムバック！病気だった気配はない！以前よりも若返った？
極めて親しい仲間だけの快気祝いの昼食会を催した。
福光氏が話されている姿を見て、嬉しさのあまりに涙がでてしまったことを気づかれたかもしれない。

It was cerebration of recover cake
From June 20 to 30th, I was going to make ceramic work in Jingde Town in China,
but there are circumstances, and it was postponed in August.
I am spending the all free time at Kanazawa.
I never share this kind of free time for my life recently.
Mr. Fukumitsu Matsutaro is the president for the eighth generation of sake cellar “Fukumitsuya” proud of
the longest history in Kanazawa, and it is the existence that seems to be my older brother.
He leads me about Kanazawa, tradition, crafts, a thing succeeding to creatively for long time.
It was suffered from a serious illness, and such Fukumitsu was not able to meet us more than one year.
Nobody knew the “sudden hospitalization” “No Visitors” circumstances.
There was not the answer of the email at first, too.
An answer came to arrive before long.
Of couse that the acuteness of the condition did not come was imagined from a sentence from Fukumitsu.
However that was the considerably serious situation. I was really anxious.
And a miraculous comeback!
There is nofeeling that he was sick!
Did he become younger than before?
We held a luncheon party of the celebration of recovery only for extremely close friends.
I watched his face and talked, I was too glad. it may have been noticed with tears having flowed.
Matsutaro-san ! WELCOME BACK!
