会場となる石川交流サロンは、前田家家老であった旧横山家邸宅であり、彼らが私の工房で制作した作品も陳列されている。
わずか１年で学んだ、かれらの茶道の点前ともてなしは新鮮だ
昨年9月からから本年6月まで、金沢大学の留学生42人に、日本文化、茶道、陶芸を指導した。
年度末となる今月、彼らは茶会を催した。
会場となる石川交流サロンは、前田家家老であった旧横山家邸宅であり、彼らが私の工房で制作した作品も陳列されている。
一年で覚えた茶道の点前と、それぞれが制作した茶碗を用いながら、関わった教授陣や知人となった人々を彼らはもてなした。
この茶会を終えれば、ロシア、ウクライナ、スイス、イギリス、フランス、アメリカ、カナダ、メキシコ、中国、韓国、
台湾、タイ、ベトナム、、、、、、、彼らはそれぞれの国に戻って行く。自らが制作した茶碗は、金沢の想い出となることだろう。
茶会で少し感傷的になってしまった。
このプログラムを12年に渡って続けてきたことになる。
卒業生は500人ぐらいになるかもしれない。

It was new and fresh by their hospitality because they only learned for one year or less.
From last September to this June,
I taught Japanese culture, tea ceremony, ceramic art to 42 foreign students of Kanazawa University.
This month, they who were an end of the fiscal year and they held a tea ceremony.

Maeda Familys senior retainer, and the work which they made in my studio was exhibited.
While etiquette of the tea preparation and used the tea bowls which they made,
they treated the professorate and an acquaintance concerned with people for one year.
Russia, Ukraine, Switzerland, U.K., France, U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, China, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam,
they come back to each country after they finish this tea ceremony.
The bowl which oneself made will be the memory of Kanazawa.
I became slightly sentimental at a tea ceremony.
I would continue this program for 12 years.
The graduate may become around 500 people.
