十和田の土で次回は制作することになっている
7月4日から十和田を訪れた。
明治時代の日本国政府の立役者であった新渡戸稲造氏の故郷としても知られている。
友人である新渡戸常憲氏は直系子孫として、新渡戸稲造記念館館長を務めている。
その彼との縁もあって十和田市に招かれ講演を行った。
十和田には文化がある。そして今は現代美術館もある。
新渡戸稲造が残した足跡と歴史を再検証することで、新たな町が生まれるかもしれない。

I visit Towada from 4th.
It is known as a hometown of Inazo Nitobe who was a central figure of the Japan government of the Meiji era.
Nitobe Tsunenori who is a friend and as the Inazo Nitobe memorial director as a direct descendant.
There was the relationship with the him, also, and I was invited to Towada-city and gave a lecture.
There is culture in Towada.
And there is Museum of Contemporary Art now.
A new town may be created by inspecting a footprint and the history that Inazo Nitobe left.
