FACEBOOKでの呼びかけでも参加した人々もいた。
会場には若手作家である鶴見晋史君も駆けつけていて、彼の作品についても話し合った。
私が審査員を務めた、第43回日展金沢展が石川県立美術館で開かれている。
今日のギャラリートークを同じ日展会員である染織家 鶴見保二先生と担当した。
地元の日展ファン、学生、若手作家、卯辰山工芸工房研修生などが参加してくれた。
友人でもある富山在住の素敵なロシア女性起業家をはじめとして、私のFACEBOOKで希望した方々の参加が多数あった。
問題は多く潜んではいるが、FACEBOOKの利点を感じた日でもあった。
日本人は、漢字 ひらがな、カタカナ、アルファベット(alphabet)を使い分ける事ができる。
古くから在る事柄と、新しい知らない文化を許容しながら文化を築き上げてきた。
日展工芸はまさしくその象徴でもある。幅広い作品を垣間みる時、伝統と現代の融合あるいは、対峙が繰り返されてきたことを感じる。
文化が多様化する現在。どのようにこれから推移していくのだろうか？
予言的な作品を発表する作家が不在となった場合、日展は間違いなく衰退をたどることになる。
私の世代は、そのことを問われていることを自覚しなければならない。
また、次世代にこのことを伝えなければならない。重要な時期を迎えている。

A Nitten Kanazawa exhibition (I was a judge) is held in an Ishikawa Prefectural art museum.
I was in charge of today’s gallery talking with Dyeing and Weaving Artist
Tsurumi Yasuji who was a member of Nitten also.
Local Nitten fan, student, young artists, Utatsuyamal Crafts Studio Trainee participated.
Including a wonderful Russian woman entrepreneur resident in Toyama that was a friend,
there was the participation my FACEBOOK attendant.
A lot of problems hidden, but it was the day whenI felt an advantage of FACEBOOK.
The Japanese can use kanji hiragana letter, katakana, alphabet properly.
We built culture while permitting the matter that there was for a long time and
the new culture that we did not know.
The Nitten arts and Crafts is the symbol definitely.
When we have a glimpse of a wide work, we feel that tradition and contemporary
fusion or confrontment have been repeated.
The present piriod which culture diversifies.How will it change from now on?
When a artist announcing the prophetic work becomes no sense,
Nitten will certainly follow the decline.My generation must be aware that it is asked it.
In addition, we must convey this in the next generation.
We greet important time.
