11:00 発会式を終えてから早速にポールウォーキングを行った。
NHK金沢放送局からのイナタビューを受ける
10:00 金沢芸術村で発会式が行われ、私が会長を務める事になった。
ポールウォーキングとは、専用ポールを持って歩く事で、
正しい姿勢のまま歩幅を広げてバランス良くあるけるようになることを意味している。
年齢を問わず誰でも楽しむ事ができるので、日本全国に広がりつつある。
ポールウォーキングは、石川県内に広まっていくであろう。
歩きながら、その土地の歴史を考えていく。その時に光が観得る。
それが、観光かもしれない。

2012/04/07 10:00 Opening Ceremony at kanazawa Art Villege
After finished opening ceremony, we had already pole walked
I had a interview from NHK Kanazawa TV Station.
An opening ceremony is held in Kanazawa art village at 10:00, and I will act as a chairperson.
Pole walking is to walk with an exclusive pole and means that It open a step as right posture and
get possible to walk in a good balance.
Because anyone can enjoy it regardless of age, it is spreading through the all over Japan.
The pole walking will spread out in Ishikawa Prefecture.
It is better to think about the history of our culture while walking.
At that time, we can watch light.
It probably means sightseeing.
