2名の日本芸術院会員、5名の人間国宝が共に審査員となっている選考会は、通常はあり得ない。
石川県内における最大の美術展。
戦争が終わったばかりなのに、直ちに作家が立ち上がり始まった。
日本画、洋画、彫刻、工芸、書、写真、およそ2000展の出品がある。
工芸は現代から伝統まで会派を超えて審査が行われる。
他の地域では例がない。
私も審査員を務めるが、最先端の工芸を見抜くのが私の役目かもしれない。
General exhibitor’s members judge meeting
A request member’s award judge meeting
The judge meeting was included by two persons’ member of the Japan Academy of Art,
and five persons’ living national treasure.
It is usually impossible to have neither.
The greatest history of this exhibition was that artists started to
stand up immediately after the 2nd war,
There is exhibition of a Japanese painting,
oil painting, sculpture, craft, Calligraphy, photograph, and about 2000 works trying.
As for the craft, work was from the contemporary to tradition.
It is unparalleled in other areas. Although I am a judge, my duty perceives the latest craft.
