雛祭の3月3日は、遠くに往ってしまった妹の誕生日でもあります。
偶然、和菓子を深く考える機会を頂き、和菓子職人行松君に相談しました。
友人でもあり弟のような存在でもある彼は、たくさんの試作を作ってくれました。
嬉しい限りです。
春の花を天に差し出すような菓子「花籠」が、現代に生きる職人・行松君のお蔭で生まれました。
それは本来の花籠の意味でもあるかもしれません。私の器と共に捧げたいと憶います。
