17時。対談相手は老舗料亭「大友楼」ご主人の大友佐俊氏だ。
テーマは「加賀料理と器」
事前の打ち合わせが無くても、旧知の間柄なので心配はない。
金沢経済同友会が主催するこの事業、参加者も金沢経済界を牽引する方々ばかり、そして私を長く応援してくれている。有り難い限りだ。
そして、大友楼で盛大に科が料理を皆で楽しんだ。

attending people from the Japan Committee for Economic Development of Kanazawa,
17:00 I talked with owner of restaurant “Otomoro” Mr. Otomo Satoshi.
Themes are “Kaga Style Cooking and Vessel.
Even if there is no prior arrangement, since it is an old acquaintance’s relation with him, it is reliable.
This lecture was hold by The Japan Committee for Economic Development of Kanazawa,
and a participant are important member for the Kanazawa economic.
Also supporting for my life.It is a kind limitation.
And all attending people gathered and eat wonderful Kaga Style Dinner.
