草月流家元•勅使河原茜さんとともに、東京青山スパイラルホール
展覧会のレセプションで挨拶をする
草月流は、いけばなを芸術の領域として表現してきた。
３代目 故•勅使河原宏家元、そして、私の父は東京藝術大学での同窓生でもあり、互いが芸術家としての深い交流があった。
今もってご存命であるならば、多くのことを伺ってみたい私が最も敬愛する芸術家でもある。
勅使河原茜さんが４代目家元とななれてからの10年間の活動は、更に高まった芸術活動となっている。
彼女の祖父となる初代家元•勅使河原蒼風氏、叔母となる２代目勅使河原霞氏、そして父である勅使河原宏の魂が宿っている。
つまり彼女は一人でありながら、これまでの家元となった３人のそれぞれの個性を受け継いでいるように感じる。
これが、特質した草月流の継承なのかもしれない。
草月会館では、歴代家元の足跡として、勅使河原宏氏が我家で制作した茶碗なども陳列されていた。
そして、青山スパイラルホールにおいて、今回の記念個展としての勅使河原茜家元の竹を用いいたインスタレーションは、
10年間の集大成のようでもあった。
with Sogetsu Flower School Iemoto Tashiwara Akane at Tokyo Spiral Hall
I had a speach at the reception
The Sogetsu style expressed flower arrangement as a domain of the art.
Father of late * Hiroshi Teshigawara the 3rd head master of a school and he was an alumnus at the Tokyo
National University of Arts, and each other was in the deep interchange as the artist.
If he was still alived It is the artist whom I who I stand, and want to ask many things.
I respect and love the most now.
And Teshigawara Akane is with the fourth generation head master of a school 10-year activity.
She is trying to be higher art stage for Ikebana.
Teshigahara Sofu who becomes her grandfather,for first head master of a school,
Teshigawara Kasumi become the aunt, and Teshigawara Hiroshi become father,
all of them she is carrying to the art from their soul.
In other words I feel it while she is one to inherit each personality of three people who became the
conventional head master of a school.
This may be to be the succession of the characteristic Sogetsu style which I held.
In the Sogetsu Hall, the tea bowls were exhibited which Hiroshi Teshigawara made in my home.
And, in Aoyama spiral hall, the installation that there was with the bamboo of the Teshigawara
Akane as this commemorative private exhibition seemed to be the 10-year collected studies.
