第67回現代美術展審査。石川県立美術館
67回目を迎える現代美術展の審査員を務めさせて頂いた。
この展覧会は石川県内最大の公募展でもあり、洋画、日本画、彫刻、工芸、書道、写真など６分野に別れており、
審査によって1127点が陳列されることになった。
一般公募から選ばれた各分野からの最高賞の作品は、さらに厳正な監査によって美術文化特別賞となる。
私は審査員を代表して選ばれた工芸作品を説明させていただいたのだが、見事にその作品が美術文化特別賞となった。
若い作家の輝く受賞を手助けできたことを誇りに思えた一瞬だった。
Judge for the 67th Contemporary Arts Competition at Ishikawa Prefecture Museum.
I was a judge of the 67th Contemporary Art Competition.
This exhibition is a biggest for participants exhibition in Ishikawa, and 1,127 artist work will be exhibited
from oil painting, Japanese painting, sculpture,craft, calligraphy, photograph, 6 fiels are included.
The work of the highest award from each chosen field becomes the art culture special prize by fairer
inspection from a general open call for participants.
I explained one ighest craft work chosen on behalf of a judge,
but the work became the art culture special prize wonderfully.
I was happy when I was able to be proud of my help with the receiving a prize to glisten of a young artist.
