片岡鶴太郎展 於 金沢香林坊大和
大樋工房での制作
片岡鶴太郎さんは誰もが知る俳優だ。そして画家としても高い評価を受けている。
すでに何度か我家を訪れており、初代大樋長左衛門が作った「烏香炉」なども描かれている。
私は彼の芸術家としての高い資質を尊敬しており、有り難いことに彼とは長い交友がある。
金沢香林坊大和で彼の個展が開かれている。そのための金沢での滞在だったのだが、我家で制作することも大きな目的でもあった。
皿の絵付け、茶碗制作、そして兎などの絵を水彩で描いて頂いた。
人に感動を与える彼の作品は、彼の制作する姿勢によって生まれることを実感する機会でもあった。
その後の夕食を共にして、飲み歩きながら帰宅は翌朝3時となってしまったが、本当に楽しい時間でもあった。

Kataoka Tsurutaro Private Exhibition at Kanazawa Korinbou Daiwa

None of the Tsurutaro Kataoka is an actor to know.
And he receive a high evaluation as a painter.
He has already visited my home several times, and “the crow incense burner” which first Chozaemon Ohi made.
I respect the high nature as his artist, and there is the friend who fortunately is long time with him.
His private exhibition is held in Korinbou, Kanazawa Daiwa.
It was a stay in Kanazawa of that purpose, but it was a big purpose to make art in my home.
He had drawing of the plate, made tea bowls and the paintings such as rabbits in painting with watercolors.
It was the opportunity when his work which impressed people realized that itwas born by the posture
from his making art.
I shared the later supper, and the return had been 3:00 on the next morning while going barhopping,
but it was really happy time.
