食と文化のイベントが石川県主催で行われた。
マイケル•ロマーノ氏（ユニオンスクゥエアーグループ代表）とともに講演、パネルディスカションを行った。
世界に55カ所のレストランを経営する著名なシェフでもある彼は、和食の魅力、そして私は風水、
神道との関わりについて語りあった。彼とは日本での再会がまたありそうだ。
ジャパンソサエティーは米国人が日本を理解する組織であり、日本文化に関心を寄せる400人を超える人々が集まり、
講演後には石川県内の食材などが紹介され、地酒が参加者に振る舞われた。
