At Kanazawa Shinoki Guest House
The bran (Japanese Fu) is the important material of the Kanazawa dish.
For a long time, Fumuroya has been established history for a long-time in Kanazawa.
I designed and made Kanazawa bran plate by request from President Yasuaki Fumuro.
