金沢の有名料亭である金茶寮が提案するこの企画。
今回は、東京グランドハイアットホテル・旬房で催された。
招かれた、ギュセル•イスマイルザーデ アセルハイシャン大使はじめとした都内 VIPの人々が、
金沢から運ばれた食材で加賀料理が振舞われた。
ゲストで招かれた、金沢21世紀美術館館長 秋元雄史氏、能楽師 渡辺荀之助氏、食空間プロデューサー 木村ふみ氏、
そして私が金沢文化を語り合った。
This project from the Kincharyo which is a famous Japanese-style restaurant in Kanazawa.
It was held at Tokyo Grand-Hyatt-Melbourne-Hotel.
The Tokyo area made GYUSERU and at the beginning of a
Mr.Gursel Ismayilzada Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan and some of VIP were invited
for this event, and Kanazawa style of dinner.
The guests of speaker were also talked with the director of Kanazawa 21st century Museum Mr.Akimoto Yuji,
Noh actor Mr. Watanabe Junnosuke and food spatial producer Ms. Kimura Fumi about Kanazawa culture.
