江戸時代、加賀藩前田家には八家の家老が存在していた。いずれも大名レベルの家柄であったという。
そして明治時代になると、男爵となって金沢を支え続けた。
筆頭家老であった本多家、そして横山家、前田土佐守家の子孫となる方々が大樋工房を訪ねられ茶碗を制作された。
これらの茶碗は9月22日、23日に行われる北陸放送開局60周年記念茶会で用いられることになっている。

People which become the posterity of the Honda family which was a first-in-a-roll chief retainer,
the Yokoyama family, and the Maeda Tosanokami family had the Ohi Studio visited, and had the tea bowl made.
These tea bowls are to be used in the 60th anniversary tea ceremony of HOKURIKU BROADCASTING
starting service held on September 22 and the 23rd.
