5 面にわたる壁面は、黒と青の土壁に構成されている
そして、隕石に例えたRAKU焼で焼成された塊が存在する建築と工芸の融合によって独特の構成となっている。

Work Process /
塗り壁は加賀左官の伝統技術を用いた。その職人の匠を応用しながら現代の空間を構成した。
青と黒で構成されたこの空間は、江戸期からの漆喰（しっくい）を用いたもので、
何度も塗り重ね磨き上げていく手法であり、イタリアのスタッコ壁とも類似する。
また、周囲に点在するアートワークは、大樋焼の技術を用いたもので、
釉が真っ赤に溶ける作品を窯から引き出すという焼成方法が取られている。
また、その内部から光を放つガラスは、楽焼として同時に焼成されたものであり世界で初めての試みとなっている。

だから、人間も地球も旅を続けている。
この空間は、五面（陰陽五行）で構成されている。
そして、それぞれにホールがある。
回りに存在する光明は、中に入るのか？
誰も解らない
同じ局面で同じ時だから、私達に出会いがある。
旅に出た友に棒げる、このアートワーク
再び互いが出会うまで、私はその光を待つ
貴方が光を感じた時、私も感じるに違いない

Expression of the three dimensional on a flat plane
This wall is composed of five black and blue panels.
The idea was to fire the work as to resemble a Raku-yaki meteorite.
Architecture and craft merge as one to create a unique composition.

Work Process /
For this wall I used the traditional technique of Kaga plasterers. Using the craftsmanship of old,
I created a contemporary space.
This space, composed of blue, black and red, is made from plaster that dates from the Edo period.
I used a technique of applying numerous layers on top of each other,
resembling the stucco walls found in Italy. Applying the traditional Ohi-yaki technique,
I fashioned the artwork that dots the outer perimeter. I took this idea from the firing process,
when the glaze has melted with a fiery red glow over the ceramic piece,
just as one pulls it from the kiln. In the middle there are pieces of glass that emit light. This is a first attempt,
perhaps done nowhere else in the world,
to create a work of art in the Raku style.

Some say life is a journey and the journey becomes our life.
Thus, people and the earth continue on a journey.
This space is composed of five panels
(which represent the cosmic dual forces of yin and yang and the five elements).
There are holes in each of the panels.
Is it through these holes that the surrounding light seeps inward?
Or, is the way through which it emanates outward?
No one really knows
In this same stage of our lives and time, we meet.
To friends who find themselves on this journey,
I dedicate this work Until we meet once again, I wait for the light
When you sense its light, I will most definitely do so as well.
