2010/03/20 裏千家青年部全国大会前夜祭
Boston留学時代からの知人GLENと偶然の出会い
会議場を埋めてしまう参加者
京都宝ケ池国際会議場で裏千家青年部の全国大会が開催された。
裏千家御宗家をはじめとして、全国から約2600人の参加した大会は大盛会だった。
茶会も催されたのだが、知新会(全国委員経験者、基本的に50歳以上のOB)も茶席を担当した。
そして、使われた茶碗は私が制作したもので、20人の亭主が5人の客を立礼卓によってもてなすという斬新な試みのものでもあった。
大会は懐かしい方々との再会、新しい出会い、茶道を学ぶという年齢を問わない一期一会は感動的なものだった。
それにしても、19日、茶席準備のために車で金沢を出発したのだが、名神は栗東まで10K渋滞しており、
連休前の日中に工事することはあまりにもナンセンスで怒りを覚えたのは、私だけではないはずだ。

There is an acquaintance with Glen Pereira from the age of the Boston going abroad to study.
It is a chance exactly meeting.
It is a participant and the convention hall
The 15th Urasenke Youth Division National Convention was held in the
Kyoto Takaragaike international congress center.
The convention was gathered about 2600 people from all area from Japan.
And Chisinkai (over 50 yaears,and past national member of youth division)
held tea ceremony for this convention by my tea bowl.
