フードピア金沢は、各料亭などで著名人を囲んで、食談を通じて金沢の冬の味覚を心ゆくまで愉しみ、
文化を語るイベントなのだが、これで25年続いたことになる。
白州正子氏、岡本太郎氏、加山又造氏、勅使河原宏氏などは故人となられたが、
これまで数えきれないほどの講師を私はコーディネトしながら知り合うことができてきた。
これを支援する地元経済人の方々のお陰で、このような機会を得ることができたことに感謝しなければならない。
今回は講師として、金沢ではもっともハイグレイドな料亭のひとつでもある「浅田屋」に招かれた。
20名限定の参加者なのだが、いつも何か在るとニューヨーク、台湾などでも必ず駆けつけてくれる石神敬子さん、
石神綾子さんをはじめとして全国からお集りいただいた。
「危機の時だから支えてくれる文化」と題して講演させていたのだが、その後の食談は、金沢商工会議所会頭深山彬氏の乾杯、
同副会頭蚊谷八郎氏の挨拶もあり、地元経済界の方々からも応援いただき大変な盛り上がりの場となった。

Food peer Kanazawa surrounded the celebrity in each restaurants and enjoyed taste in the winter of Kanazawa
through dinner with lecture, and it was an event to talk about culture, but would continue in this for 25 years.

it was become the deceased, but I was able to know the innumerable lecturers till now while doing Cody nito.
On the coattails of local businessmen supporting this, I must thank for that you were able to
obtain such an opportunity.
As a lecturer, I was invited to “the Asadaya” which was one of the highest restaurant in Kanazawa.
It was 20-limited participant, but gather including Keiko Ishigami,
Ayako Ishigami who rushed to even New York, Taiwan by all means when it was what, or there was always it
from the whole country.I give a lecture titled “the culture that supported because it was time of the crisis”,
but, as for by later dinner, there were a toast of Kanazawa chamber of commerce director Akira Miyama,
the greetings of vice-director Katani Hachiro, and I had support from the various places of the
hometown economic world, and it was with the place of a serious upsurge.
