小松空港で大きな声で別れを告げるジョナサン
彼が工房で作ったジョナサン橋
今、涙しながらブログを書いている。
遠くアメリカ•ミネソタからやってきたジョナサン。
学生として、そして、弟子として3年間、
私の金沢の工房で真面目に学んだ。
彼は、いつの日か戻ってくるだろう。
今日は、朝からゆっくりと彼と過ごした。
我が家で茶を飲み、先祖、折鶴の松に拝礼してくれた。
そして、私が運転して小松空港へ
別れは辛い。これも人生か、ジョナサン！幸運を祈る！

This is Jonathan Bridge in my studio.
Now, I am writing blog, shedding tears.
Jonathan who came from long distance United States,Minnesota.
He learned seriously for three years as a student and pupil in my studio Kanazawa.
He maybe someday returns, I believe.
I spent with him from the morning today.
He sheared tea with my family at my home and prayed to the ancestor and the pine tree in the garden.
And I drove to Komatsu Airport.
Separation is hard.
