田中一光氏との想い出を語る

田中一光氏は卓越したデザイナーであり、多くの人が彼の恩愛に感謝している。
私もその一人であって、学生時代から特別に薫陶を受けてきた。
ある日のことだが、裏千家鵬雲斉大宗匠の次男である伊住政和氏を紹介した。
田中一光は、「一子相伝の茶道には興味が無い」冷たい反応だった。
伊住政和氏は「俺は次男だから、あのような人と茶をやりたい」
後に、「茶美会」が誕生した。
伊住政和氏がプロデュサーとなり、田中一光氏が選んだデザイナー、建築家、茶道家、現代美術家、
工芸家などが参加して茶会が催された。
このことは、後世まで伝え残るであろう。
2002年1月。
田中一光氏は亡くなった。2003年2月2日。伊住政和氏も亡くなってしまった。
今年で田中一光氏が亡くなって10年が過ぎた。
盟友であった麹谷浩氏が主宰する六士会で法要茶会が東京新宿「懐石 柿傳」で12日、13日と開かれた。
12日は、千玄室氏(裏千家大宗匠)、内田繁氏（デザイナー）、黒川雅之氏（建築家）、杉本貴志氏（デザイナー）
13日は、千住博氏（画家）、私、小山裕久氏（料理人）伊東順二氏（美術評論家）
が各席を担当した。
私は今でもあの「茶美会」を続けている。
茶会を催す時には、いかに現代を吹き込むかが私の課題としている。
人と人を出会わせることがデザインであることを教えてくれた田中一光氏に深く感謝を捧げたい。
「一光」さん！僕の声聞こえますか？ありがとうございました。「合掌、、、、、、、、、、、」

Tenth years of Tanaka Ikko memorial service tea ceremony was held by Kojitani Hiroshi and his fellow Rokushikai.
MrTanaka Ikko was a prominent designer, and many people thank for his benevolence.
I was the one, and received discipline in particular from my school days.
It was one day, introduced to Mr. Izumi Masakzu who was the second son of Urasenke Great Tea Master of Hounsai.
Tanaka Ikko was the cold reaction that “was uninteresting in tea ceremony of the transmission from father to son”.
As for Izumi Masakazu, where I “wanted to put tea with such a person because I was the second son”.
then “Sabie” was born in the back
Izumi Masakazu became a producer, and Tanaka Ikko chose participated,a designer,
an architect, tea master, a contemporary artist, tcraftl artist and a tea ceremony was held.
It convey this until coming ages and will stay.
January, 2002. Tanaka Ikko died.and ten years passed.
February 2, 2003. Izumi Masakazu has died, too.
A memorial service tea ceremony was held at Shinjuku, KAKIDEN Tokyo In charge of each tea ceremony
For 12 of May,Mr. Sen Genshitu(Urasenke Great Tea Mastei), Uchida Shigeru(a designer),
Kurokawa Masayuki (an architect), Takashi Sugimoto (a designer)
For 13 of May, Senju Hiroshi (a painter), I myself, Koyama Hirohisa (a cook) Ito Junji(an art commentator)
I still continue that “Sabie”.
When I hold a tea ceremony, I have it as my problem how I record the present age.
I want to give thanks to Tanaka Ikko who taught that it is a design to let a person meet a person deeply.
”Ikko-san” ! Does my novitiate get fat?
