ホテル日航金沢のファウンテンがリニューアルオープンした記念に私が茶会を企画した。
デザインや現代アートを重視した茶会を催すことで、真の茶道を伝えていきたいと思っている。
故 伊住政和氏、田中一光氏によって始まった茶美会を感謝込めて大切に継承していきたい。
茶会、中華料理での点心料理を私がすべて企画し、点前を含めてすべての動きはホテルスタッフで行った。
次のデザイン茶会もご期待ください。

I planned the design tea ceremony to the commemoration at the fountain of hotel Japan
Airlines Kanazawa carried out renewal opening.
I would like to tell the true the way of tea by holding the tea ceremony which thought the design
and the contemporary art as important.
Reason I would like to inherit the SABIE which started by Tea Mater. Izumi Masakazu and Designer.
Tanaka Ikko to gratitude from my bottom of heart.
I planned altogether the Chinese dim sum dish in a tea ceremony,
and it performed all the actions including the tea making by the hotel staff.
