金沢で行われている食談「フードピア金沢」
20数年前に遡る歴史があるが、私は生証人のようなものだ。
最初の１時間は「世界金沢を俯瞰して」というテーマで講演を行った。
そして、皆が参加できるよう晩餐会形式で行った。
全国からの参加者50名。楽しんでもらえたと思う。

The Food Pier Kanazawa has 25 years history I am just like a witness for this history.
The first 1 hour I had a lecture by the theme of “From World looking down for Kanazawa.”
And it was dinner party table form so that everybody could participate.
