於 大樋美術館
朝、延岡から宮崎空港、福岡空港、小松空港、金沢へ帰る。本来なら翌日の予定だった。
何故なら、午後に大切な客人が我家を訪問されることになったからだ。
グレン・アダムソン氏はニューヨークアート＆デザインミュージアムのディレクターだ。
現在この美術館では、日本の工芸展が開催されており、先般の訪問の際には大変お世話になった。
彼は日本の美術、工芸、陶芸にもとても造詣が深かった。そして、茶碗を手造りされたのだが、実に手慣れたものだった。
同行された秋元雄史・金沢21世紀美術館館長も大変に驚かれていた。
こんな素晴らしい人がニューヨークにいることが、日本の大切なるアドバンテージなのかもしれない。
at Ohi Museum
I return from Nobeoka to the Miyazaki airport, Fukuoka Airport, Komatsu Airport and Kanazawa in the morning.

A Japanese Kogei exhibition is held at this museum at present,

He has deep understanding about Japanese arts and ceramics.
And he tried to make a tea bowl with his hand was quite used to.
Akimoto Yuji (Director of the Kanazawa 21st Century museum) was together and he surprised seriously, too.
That there is such person lives in New York may be the one of the important Japanese advantage.
