20年程前、プレストン サンダース、クリストファー ケリーはロチェスター工科大学で、私の教授でもあるリチャード ハーシュ、
そして私にも学んだ。
プレストンは金沢の大樋工房で弟子となり、後にボストン ブリッジウォーター大学教授、
クリスはアトランタ ピトモント大学教授となった。
以後、彼らは学生を連れてやって来るようになった。
リチャード ハーシュ教授から始まる恩師の関係が世界に広がっている。
About 20 years ago, Preston Saunders and Christopher Kelly learned by Richard Hirsch who is also my professor
and me at Rochester Institute of Technology.
After Preston was a pupil at Ohi Studio in Kanazawa, then became Boston Bridgewater professor.
And Chris became a Atlanta Pidmont College professor.
After that, they started to take a student and come.
It was started by Richard Hirsch teacher’s relation which spreads over the world.
