13時50分東京駅。朝から待った電車がやっと走り始めた。
軽井沢辺りの停電で、3時間以上にわたり止まったままだったのだ。
その間、東京駅では適切なアナウンスはなく、表示サイン、窓口、駅員の対応もバラバラ。
ホームでは乗客は混乱、外国人は戸惑い、待機している電車の車掌は、
質問を恐れてか運転席に雲隠れしているようなありさまだった。
計画運休という言葉が生まれたが、それとは違う。
我々日本人は、常に相手のことを考え行動してきた国民のはずだ。
非常時になればなるほど、日本人の精神性が問われる。その時の対応が大切だ。
もちろん、誰かが悪いわけではない。懸命になって復旧に努力した人々には感謝しなければならない。
しかし、こんなことで2020年オリンピックは大丈夫なのだろうか？心配だ。

The train which waited from a morning has begun to run finally.
It was stopped at a blackout around Karuizawa for more than 3 hours.
Meanwhile there are no appropriate announcements at Tokyo station,
