武家屋敷である我家には吹抜けの居間がある。子供の頃、いつも食事をした場所だ。
今は、隈研吾氏の設計によりギャラリーの一角となっている。
その空間に美しい照明が吊るされた。
制作者は和紙造形で名高いアーチスト堀木エリ子さん。
千住博氏が制作した襖絵と共に、我家に新たな宝が誕生した。
世界的に活躍する友人の作品があることを誇りに思う。
There was a living room in a void in my home which is a Samurai residence.
The place where I always had a meal around a child.
It’s one corner in a gallery now by a design by Architecture Kuma Kengo.
Beautiful illumination was hung on the space. That artist is Ms. Eriko Horiki
famous for Japanese paper modeling.
New treasure was born in my home as well as the painting on fusuma by Mr.Senju Hiroshi work.
They are all my friends. I am proud of owning their works.
