金沢において俵屋宗達を顕彰するために大正3年に設立された金沢宗達会は、年1回の茶会開催してきている。
107回目となる本年も縁ある金沢の宝円寺と中村記念美術館において法要と三席の茶席が設けられた。
会長を務める父 大樋陶冶斎も席主となっていたのだが、高齢のために私が代行させていただいた。
宗達にはじまる今日までの「琳派魂」を表現させていただいたのだが、床に掛けさせていただいた鈴木大拙が書した
「常行一直心」をこれからも心に秘めながら、作家として精進していこうと思う。
祖父や父、母がこれまで大切にしてきたもてなしの気持ちをこれからも引き継いでいきたいと誓いをあらたにしたのだった。

The Kanazawa Sōdatsu Kai, which was established in 1913 for Tawaraya Sotatsu at Hoenji-temple Kanazawa,
has been holding a tea ceremony once a year.
This year, the 107th edition of the tea ceremony. My father,Ohi Toyasai, who was also the tea host,
but due to his advanced age, I was allowed to take his place.
I have been able to express the “Rinppa Spirit” that began with Sotatsu until today,
but I will continue to keep in my heart the “常行一直心” written by Suzuki Daisetsu,
I hung on the floor Tokonoma, and I will continue to work hard as a written meaning.
I hope continue to carry on the feelings of hospitality of “Omotenashi” from my grandfather, father,
and mother had until now.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Kanazawa Mayor Murayama Takashi,
Member of the House of Representatives Komori Takuo, former Commissioner of the Agency for
