明日、石川県産の牛肉が東京食肉市場に初めて上場される。そしてそれを記念する夕食会があった。
馳浩石川県知事が概要を説明した挨拶の後、橋本聖子参議院議員、知事夫人でもある高見恭子さん、
そして私までもが挨拶させていただいた。
生産者の方々の愛情ある飼育から生まれる能登牛を我々は感謝しながら食させてもらう気持ちが大切だと感じた。
明日の上場は、どうなることであろうか。関係者の期待が高まっている。

Tomorrow, beef from Ishikawa Prefecture will be listed on the Tokyo meat market for the first time.

the House of Councillors, Kyoko Takami, who is the Governor’s wife, and even I gave greetings.
We felt that it was important to have the feeling of being able to eat Noto beef it means we have to
appreciate and understand for the loving breeding of the producers.
What will happen to the listing tomorrow? The expectations of those involved are rising.
