私は、日本伝統工芸展に10年、そしてその後の日展に25年間出品して来た。
父の作品のタイトルは「絆の鳥」
二羽の鳥が会えずに彷徨っている。今の世界を憂い心配しにいたからだ。
私の作品のタイトルは、「大地の記憶」
夏のコロラド旅行の印象によるもの。
父の作品は遺作となってしまったが、積み重ねる大切さを学んだ気がする。

My father has exhibited every year for over 70 years.
I have exhibited at the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition for 10 years, and then at the Nitten for 25 years.
The title of my father’s work is “Kizuna no Tori” (Bird of Bond).
Two birds are wandering around, unable to meet. They were worried about the world today.
The title of my work is “Memories of the Earth.
It is based on my impressions of a summer trip to Colorado.
Although my father’s work is now his last, I feel I have learned the importance of accumulation.
